The game includes a variety of customizable settings, allowing players to determine the number of points to deduct, adjust the AI difficulty, and toggle color coding on or off. These options enhance the personal gaming experience and cater to different preferences.

Okey is traditionally played with four players, each receiving a set number of stones—15 stones for the dealer and 14 for each of the others—distributed randomly from a total of 106 stones. The stones come in four colors: red, black, yellow, and blue, numbered from 1 to 13, with two fake stones included.

At the start, stones are shuffled and distributed automatically. Players arrange their stones into pairs or groups of at least three, with strategies involving same-color sequences or same-number sets. During play, an indicator stone is revealed, and its adjacent stone in the same color and number is designated as the Okey stone, which can substitute for any other stone. Finishing the game using an Okey stone doubles the points earned for that hand.

The game rules specify various finish types: normal completion with different scoring consequences depending on whether an Okey was used; finishing with seven pairs; or achieving a sequence of all stones in one color from 1 to 13—ending the game immediately and resetting opponents' scores to zero. Additional penalties apply for sequences of the same color out of order.

Players can customize many aspects of their gameplay experience before starting, including themes, background colors, and patterns. For those seeking uninterrupted play, an option to purchase an ad-free version is available. Additionally, players can select difficulty levels—easy, normal, or hard—when challenging the AI opponent.

The game provides a rich set of options to enhance enjoyment and tailor the experience according to personal preferences, making it suitable for casual players and enthusiasts alike.
